You are invited to support the ICMI 2003 conference. This is an ideal way to demonstrate your organization's interest, activity, and commitment to the important emerging field of multimodal interfaces, and to publicize this support to many leaders and students in the field.

Corporate financial sponsorship is typically used to support student volunteers, to increase the number of invited speakers, and to underwrite key conference events such as the reception and banquet. The conference recognizes two levels of contribution: Corporate Benefactors and Corporate Sponsors. We urge you to consider becoming a Corporate Benefactor of ICMI 2003. Benefactors are very important to the conference, and the conference committee ensures that their contribution is well recognized. We list specific benefits below.

Friends ($1,000 U.S. or greater contribution)

In recognition of your support at the "Friend" level, the ICMI 2003 Conference will acknowledge your corporate sponsorship in these ways:

  • Your company name and logo will be displayed prominently on conference publicity and publications, and your name, logo and link will be displayed on the conference web page at http://icmi.cs.ucsb.edu
  • We will announce your company's contribution and offer thanks at the opening and closing sessions of the conference

Sponsors ($2,500 U.S. or greater contribution)

In recognition of your support at the "Sponsor" level, the ICMI 2003 Conference will acknowledge your corporate sponsorship in the following ways:

  • Your company name and logo will be displayed prominently on conference publicity and publications, and your name, logo and link will be displayed on the conference web page at http://icmi.cs.ucsb.edu
  • We will announce your company's contribution and offer thanks at the opening and closing sessions of the conference
  • You will have the opportunity to place announcements and gifts for conference attendees at the main registration table
  • You will receive one free registration for someone from your company to attend the conference.

Benefactors ($5,000 U.S. or greater contribution)

Corporate Benefactors will receive the following benefits:

  • Your company name and logo will be displayed prominently on conference publicity and publications as a "Benefactor," and your name, logo and link will be displayed on the conference web page at http://icmi.cs.ucsb.edu
  • We will announce your company's contribution and offer thanks at the opening and closing sessions of the conference
  • You will have the opportunity to place announcements and gifts for conference attendees at the main registration table
  • You will receive a total of two free registrations for people from your company to attend the conference
  • You will be invited to present a corporate demo of your choice at the ICMI-UIST demo/reception evening, along with the other refereed demos
  • You will be invited to send one corporate representative to the closed ICMI dinner business meeting where the 2004 conference is planned
  • A major conference event or function, such as the reception or banquet, will be named after your company. These will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis
